Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, and ACT, I help clients untangle their emotions, regain a sense of self, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and manageable. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has value and a reason to be here on this Earth. Once you figure out you control your life and decisions, it can be freeing and life changing. Whether you decide to travel the world, change careers, or settle down, the freedom of choice is what motivates me to keep moving. I have experienced severe anxiety in my life and therapy helped me to see I had a choice to succumb to it or overcome it. I hope to be able to provide others with that liberation to guide their lives to where they want it to be.
