About My Clients

My ideal clients are children, teens, and adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, mood disorders, or behavioral challenges. I work with individuals and families to create personalized, compassionate care plans that address their unique needs. Whether managing symptoms through medication, supportive therapy, or a combination of both, I strive to help clients feel understood, valued, and empowered to achieve stability and well-being.

My Background and Approach

With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I specialize in treating children, teens, and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and mood or behavioral challenges. As an advanced practice psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, I provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s needs. My approach combines pharmacologic management with solution-focused and supportive therapy to help clients achieve stability and relief. Clients often report noticeable improvements within 4 to 6 weeks. I take a holistic, biopsychosocial perspective, considering all factors that impact mental health, and I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. Through telehealth, I offer flexible, high-quality care, ensuring convenience without compromising personal connection. My goal is to empower clients and their families to overcome challenges, build resilience, and experience lasting well-being.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I work with patients and their families struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, or behavior problems to achieve balance and stability. While my primary mode of treatment is pharmacologic, I view each patient from a holistic and biopsychosocial perspective considering additional factors that may affect patients' progress. Most of my patients report some relief within 4 - 6 weeks. I provide a safe environment where concerned parents can learn to understand and manage their children's anxiety, mood, ADHD, or behavior symptoms. I also work with adult patients seeking medical management of ADHD symptoms, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, or trauma. I have an affinity for helping children, teenagers, and adults feel safe, respected, and valued.
