About My Clients

Feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted? You do not have to navigate it alone. I offer online therapy for adults and teens who are ready for relief, clarity, and meaningful change. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, and life transitions. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin; over time, our work can help you feel more grounded, more hopeful, and more like yourself again.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Pennsylvania. I earned my Master of Social Work from Rutgers University in 2015, specializing in Psychiatric Crisis Intervention and Violence Against Women & Children, and my Bachelor's in Psychology from Temple University in 2012. My approach is compassionate, direct, and intentional. I believe therapy should be tailored to the person, not forced into a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we'll create a plan that fits your needs, your pace, and your goals—even if healing begins with one small, brave step. I draw on approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered, Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and expressive and art therapies.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Your story, your culture, your voice deserve to be honored. As a therapist deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, I believe we must preserve our cultural identities even as we confront difficult realities. I'm intentional about creating safe, affirming spaces where clients from all backgrounds can speak freely, without fear of judgment. Whether you're processing microaggressions, systemic injustice, or intergenerational trauma, you're not alone. Through respectful communication, active listening, and a culturally responsive lens, we'll explore your experiences together—at your pace, and with your values at the center. When you're seen and heard, real healing becomes possible.
