About My Clients
I work with adults feeling stuck in anxiety, self-doubt, or the weight of past experiences. They’re ready to explore how early patterns shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and want practical tools to feel calmer, more grounded, and confident. They value a trauma-informed, compassionate space to process challenges like trauma, shame, grief, and life transitions while building resilience, self-compassion, and healthier connections.
My Background and Approach
My areas of interest include trauma, anxiety, attachment, relationships, and building resiliency and self-esteem. I practice with a trauma-informed lens and aim to create a compassionate container where clients feel safe to express all their nuanced, complex parts as we together learn how to integrate them in healthy ways. Experienced in helping adults navigate anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Trained in Brainspotting for trauma work and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Holds a Master's in Psychology & Counseling Services. Before entering the mental health field, I spent over 12 years working in design and marketing, bringing a thoughtful and creative perspective to my work as a therapist. I began my clinical career in a community hospital setting, supporting adults with persistent and co-occurring mental health challenges. My experience across different environments allows me to attune closely to what is happening in the room and guide conversations with warmth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I practice with a trauma-informed lens, creating a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore all of your nuanced, complex parts. Together, we work to understand, honor, and integrate these aspects of yourself in healthy, empowering ways, helping you build resilience, self-compassion, and more fulfilling connections in your life.
