I collaborate with the individual or couple to reduce conflict by identifying the deep rooted relational patterns that drive and sustain the conflict. Together, we can increase conflict resolution and communication skills and create a kinder, healthier, and more deeply connected relationship.

I believe parents often feel isolated and hopeless when they have a child whom they feel they are unable to parent effectively. My work with parents is twofold; first, to create a safe space for you to express and process your fears, hopes, and struggles as parent, and second to help you develop specialized skills to deal with your child’s needs.

I work with men who are struggling to find healing, fulfillment, and deep personal connection in the midst of profound success. As men, we are often conditioned to avoid pain, trauma, and loss by seeking out success. This avoidance can lead us into deep patterns of isolation which feeds anxiety, depression, and loneliness. I believe that we must travel through our pain to find healing and escape the feelings of loneliness and emptiness.

Psychodynamic therapy, also known as insight-oriented therapy, focuses on unconscious processes as they are manifested in a person's present behavior. The goals of psychodynamic therapy are a client's self-awareness and understanding of the influence of the past on present behavior.
