My Background and Approach
As a Level 3 Gottman-trained couples therapist, I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional and physical intimacy. I also offer individual therapy grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), providing skills for mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
