Clients who have experienced trauma and experiencing mental illness, anxieties, difficulty controlling anger, and social disorders are encouraged to seek a professional evaluation. The goal of therapy is to allow clients to understand self-awareness and self-actualization to maintain a sustainable lifestyle through acceptance by managing emotions, anxieties, fear, and traumatic regrets.
My Background and Approach
As a Therapist and Life Coach, my primary goal is to deal with family pain, stress, and dysfunctions in one's environment, by navigating each client through different modalities such as CBT, Gestalt, to help individuals recover from past events, as well as helping to improve relationships; by using self-actualization approach so that the client can form stronger interpersonal connections with those around them, including family, romantic partners, friends and work/social environments.
