About My Clients

I work with anyone seeking a safe, validating space. I especially support LGBTQ+ individuals, people facing addiction or navigating recovery, and people with trauma as part of their story. My clients crave deeper understanding, real progress, and tangible coping strategies. I bring empathy, lived experience, and a spirit of collaboration to guide you toward self-discovery, hope, and renewed purpose. I’ll meet you where you are and help you build the life you want.

My Background and Approach

I combine evidence-based methods with a person-centered style, trauma-informed style. Drawing on cognitive and behavioral strategies, as well as humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential perspectives, I tailor our work to your unique needs. I am EMDR-trained and offer virtual EMDR. Above all, I meet you where you are and guide you toward meaningful growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe each person has inherent dignity and deserves a space to be heard without judgment. My outlook has been shaped by a deep spiritual curiosity that recognizes our shared capacity for growth, no matter the circumstances. I strive to bring humility, humor, and unwavering support into each session, helping you feel safe and encouraged to explore new perspectives. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the importance of feeling seen, respected, and affirmed. Whether you’re exploring new directions or working through long-standing challenges, I’ll walk alongside you. By remaining open-minded and emphasizing true collaboration, my goal is to help you find a more authentic and fulfilling path forward.
