About My Clients
I work with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are ready to feel more like themselves again. I support clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to build clarity, resilience, and balance. Together, we focus on practical tools for lasting change and a more grounded, meaningful life.
My Background and Approach
As a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) and Certified Addictions Registered Nurse – Advanced Practice (CARN-AP), I offer mental health evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and guidance on creating a more balanced life. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. Whether you’ve been struggling for a while or something just doesn’t feel right, we’ll work together at your pace. My approach blends 12-step principles, motivational interviewing, and elements of CBT and DBT with a whole-person perspective—honoring mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and help you reconnect with clarity, resilience, and well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion for mental health and addiction medicine stems from my time in the United States Army, where I learned the importance of serving diverse populations with integrity and dedication. I am deeply committed to expanding access to evidence-based substance use treatment in all care settings. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their strengths, and supporting recovery through compassion, respect, and practical tools. As a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse – Advanced Practice (CARN-AP), I bring specialized training and a strong dedication to guiding clients toward lasting wellness.
