About My Clients
I work with adults 18+ experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, insomnia, or mood changes. Many feel overwhelmed, uncertain about medication, or frustrated that past care did not fully meet their needs. I also support adults living with chronic kidney disease or receiving dialysis, with careful attention to medication safety and coordination with their medical team. Telehealth is available across California, with limited in-person visits in West Los Angeles.
My Background and Approach
As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and certified case manager, I bring more than 15 years of nursing experience in behavioral health, dialysis, hospital care, and care coordination. I understand that mental health concerns can overlap with medical conditions, family responsibilities, work, and stress. My approach is calm, collaborative, and practical. I take time to understand your symptoms, health history, medications, goals, and what has or has not worked before. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management, with supportive therapy during visits. Care may also include ADHD testing, education, and coordination with your clinicians. I offer California telehealth, limited in-person visits in West Los Angeles, and mobile care in select settings. As a Filipino American clinician, I value culturally respectful care shaped around your preferences. My goal is for you to leave each visit feeling heard, informed, and clear about the next step.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should feel personal, respectful, and deeply human. As a Filipino American clinician and first-generation immigrant, I value humility, family, resilience, and respect for each person’s story. Culture, faith, family expectations, identity, work, and life experiences can shape how we understand mental health, so I make room for what matters to you without assumptions or judgment. I welcome adults from all backgrounds. I believe you should be able to ask questions, understand your options, and take part in decisions about your care. Outside of work, I value time with family, continued learning, and serving others.
