You take care of everyone else. But who takes care of you? I specialize in helping empaths and caregivers prevent and resolve burnout; and get the respect they deserve. If you’re feeling depressed, consumed with worry, or negligent of yourself then I may be the provider for you.
My Background and Approach
I draw from a wealth of both personal and professional experience in identifying and building healthy boundaries. I use a variety of interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and EMDR to assist you with reclaiming your life and getting your emotional needs met.
