About My Clients

My Background and Approach
My training and clinical experience include treating children, teens, adults and families. I have provided counseling services and treatment in settings such as outpatient clinics, non-for-profit agencies, schools, in-home, private practice and via telehealth. I am bilingual and fully fluent in English and Spanish. Through evidence based treatment I am here to help you unravel emotions, manage unresolved intergenerational trauma, personal relationships and mental health concerns. I am determined to help break the stigma behind mental health in the hispanic and black & brown community. It all starts by shattering generational trauma. Some clinical modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focus, gestalt, trauma focused and mindfulness approach. Currently accepting adult clients only.
