About My Clients
I provide individual and couples therapy to career-oriented professionals. I specialize in premarital and marital therapy, divorce counseling for women, career coaching, retirement planning and men's issues.
My Background and Approach
I have a goal-focused, solution-oriented, coaching approach to therapy. I am known as a compassionate listener but also someone who provides feedback on client strengths as well as areas that might need further attention. I frequently assign homework to clients to complete between sessions which facilitates forward momentum and helps clients achieve their treatment goals. As a result of our work, clients report improved self-esteem and greater happiness with their careers and romantic relationships.
