With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I help adolescents and adults achieve their goals through a delicate balance of acceptance and change. My work combines emotion-regulation tools with deeper exploration of relationship patterns and life stressors, so clients leave sessions with both clarity and strategies they can use immediately.

At Inner Light Therapy, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can slow down, be heard and fully understood. I believe that each person carries an inner light- even in difficult moments- and therapy is a space to reconnect with that light, makes sense of your experiences , and move forward with greater clarity, balance and confidence.
