Maybe you even feel like an outsider everywhere you go, like you’re trying to find where you fit in. Maybe you’re just struggling with the challenges that life brings through everyday stressors like relationships or work. Whatever the situation, we can figure it out together.
My Background and Approach
Over the last 10 years of providing therapeutic services in multiple settings, I have found that the most helpful piece of therapy is relationship. I believe in creating strong rapport with my clients as that is the foundation of growth. After all, we can't trust someone we don't know. I believe that through a healthy, professional relationship, people will feel understood, motivated, and ultimately experience healing and growth. I truly enjoy helping people unveil their inner strengths while also using evidence-based interventions to promote their insight. Some of my therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, and mindfulness among many other techniques. My goal is help you gain relief, clarity, and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that there is no “one size fits all” for therapy as we’re all unique. What works for one may not work for another and that’s okay. I truly believe that we can be our own worst critics, yet self-compassion/grace goes a long way. I believe that sometimes we heal through being heard, seen, and valued.
