I specialize in working with adults from various and diverse backgrounds. I have experience working with adults who are navigating grief and loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, relationship and familial issues, identity/cultural issues, self-esteem issues, stress, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach and integrate various interventions including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration, where we work together as a team to focus on your goals and your healing journey. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate therapeutic space. I believe that each person is resilient and has internal strengths. My goal is to empower you to see your own resilience and strengths, while learning new coping skills to navigate different situations in your life. It would be an honor to work with you.
