I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Colorado (PSYPACT) with a decade of experience. Clinically trained in Taiwan and the U.S., I bring a global, culturally responsive lens to our sessions, meeting you exactly where you are. Offering therapy in Mandarin and English gives you the freedom to process complex emotions in the language closest to your heart. I specialize in anxiety, burnout, trauma recovery, and cross-cultural adjustment, translating my training into practical tools for your life. My work is grounded in the belief that "it takes time to grow."
