About My Clients
Do you feel trapped inside your body? Maybe you've experienced an injury or illness, and now several areas of your life have become more difficult. Injuries and illnesses can make us uncomfortable in our own skin and complicate our relationships, work, hobbies, and home routines. They can compromise our ability to eat, sleep, and move, deterring us from meeting our basic needs. The secret, though, is our scars give us access to immense power, and I want to show you how to find and use yours.
My Background and Approach
You may be longing for respect in your relationships, ease in your movement, confidence in your voice, a lightness in your chest and heart, and protection and guidance from the inside out. I hear you. My own injuries, illnesses, and emotional ruptures led me down a path of studying mind-body healing nearly 20 years ago. Since then, I've learned through formal education as well as my experiences as both a client and provider of psychotherapy. Today, my gift to clients is a wealth of knowledge and personal experience in the suffering and healing of deep emotional, physical, and spiritual wounds. In my work, I blend talk therapy and mind-body techniques to help people to identify the root of their pain, find their power, and alleviate their suffering. Together, my clients and I listen closely to their experiences, and I guide them wholeheartedly toward the life they want. It’s a fascinating, beautiful process that I’m honored to co-create with them.
