About My Clients
I enjoy supporting sensitive and caring people in building self-compassion, confidence, healthier boundaries, and a kinder relationship with themselves. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, complex trauma, attachment wounds, low self-esteem, perfectionism, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), relationship difficulties, and emotional overwhelm. Many struggle with overthinking, self-criticism, and feeling stuck in painful patterns.
My Background and Approach
My primary approach is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in which we focus on building practical skills to regulate emotions and challenge unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior. I also integrate other evidence-based approaches when helpful for your needs. You are welcome to bring something grounding, like coloring or knitting, if that helps you stay present.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
What I love most about this work is helping people understand themselves more deeply, find relief from anxiety, while building a kinder relationship with themselves. My goal is to create a space where your inner world is held with care. My style of therapy encourages self-discovery and self-empowerment while helping individuals develop practical skills for finding relief from emotional distress, strengthening relationships, and creating lives that feel more aligned, meaningful, and fulfilling. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about my practice or to schedule!
