I enjoy working w/couples. I encourage effective communication skills and working towards solutions vs. rehashing the past. It is a human need to grow and that means we need a sense of growth in our relationships. Defining each person's narrative of the relationship and deciding on one cohesive narrative together may be the vision you need to move forward. Sometimes we need to go back to move forward, such as in infidelity, but don't worry. Together you can work towards healing and growth.

We cannot separate our minds from our bodies. Sometimes we are too much in our heads and not taking enough action. Some times we are acting too much and too fast and need to think first and gain clarity. Finding that balance is where you solution lies. Together I can offer you the space, tools, and guidance to discover what that feels and looks like to you. I look forward to you finally feeling comfortable in your skin and able to focus on what matters most to you.

We all have limiting beliefs within in our subconscious that given the chance to challenge them, we can change how we view the world. When our worldview changes, our experience of it changes. New perspectives breed new emotions and behaviors. Together we will identify the beliefs and thoughts that are not serving you and replace them with beliefs and thoughts that do serve you. Together we will identify the weeds, pull them out, and plant seeds that will add more color & beauty to your garden.

10-20% of U.S. citizens experience depression in their lifetime. Do you experience tiredness, irritability and anger, &/or reckless behavior like abusing drugs/alcohol, but hesitate to ask for help? Depression is all these things for those operating in their masculinity. Do you experience sadness, worthlessness, & guilt, this is often the feminine expression of depression. Together we can discover what is really going on and begin your healing.

I enjoy working with couples and parent adult-child relationships by providing guidance in helping them navigate various issues with tact and grace. You will learn tools to process what is really going on in your relationship, while validating each other's narratives and experience of the issues and the relationship.

We all have anxiety sometimes, but if it becomes debilitating, we may need some extra support and some new tools. Some times anxiety is chronic and we feel suffocated by it. If this is you, it may be the result of distressing/traumatic events you experienced that has set off your fight/flight/freeze response. We will work together to find out which tools work best for you and provide you a safe space process what is going on and create a game plan.
