My Background and Approach
Therapy is my passion, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate care with the highest level of expertise at a rate that the average person can afford. I have been an EMDR therapist since 2011 trained at the EMDR Institute. I am approved for full membership by the EMDR International Association (#63547386). My clinical training was conducted by some of the most preeminent members of the field, including Dr. Judith Beck at the Beck Institute in CBT and Drs. William Miller and Stephen Rollnick. I am one of the few hundred Certified CBT-I therapists in the country for the treatment of Primary Insomnia. I am also certified by the State of Michigan in providing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for PTSD.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I began as a therapist with the idea that nothing is more important than the people that we serve. Due to recent events, we are currently telehealth only. With utmost professionalism and warmth, I will support you through life’s most difficult challenges.
