About My Clients
Is your love a little... different? My ideal sessions revolve around supporting individuals, couples, throuples, polycules with all manner of queerness, kink, non-monogamy, etc. If it's "weird", I want it! I also have a passion for assisting with ADHD and executive function, anxiety and nervous system regulation, and parents of all genders with perinatal and postpartum support.
My Background and Approach
I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client that enables trust and safety to work with your goals for our time together. I am trained in a wide range of therapy modalities (including EFT-C, CBT, SFBT) to custom tailor an approach that works for you, exactly as you are. I graduated from The University of West Florida in 2024 and have been licensed and practicing as a registered clinical social work intern since May 2025. Prior to working as a therapist I was a high school teacher that supported gifted, LGBTQ+, and nerdy students.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healthy, loving relationships come in all sorts of configurations and connections. I am an openly polyamorous and queer individual that is living my best life with partners, family, and friends in Northeast Florida. I have lived experience in non-monogamy and kink communities, and consider myself a Leatherman. Authenticity is my foundational principle, and my life path is served supporting those communities and individuals that seek to live more honestly and authentically as well.
