My training and life experiences have culminated in a dedication to help individuals cope with anxiety, panic, OCD, and depression. I'm passionate about postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD) and families struggling with parenting challenges.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed master social worker with 20 years experience working with families in clinical and school settings. I use a relationship-based therapy style to support individuals experiencing distress associated with anxiety, panic, OCD, depression, parenting challenges, postpartum/perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD), and postpartum OCD (PPOCD).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when clients are matched with practitioners who have professional training, experience, and expertise specific to their treatment needs. My practice is entirely telehealth (online). This means I conduct counseling sessions online via video conferencing where I interact with my clients in real-time. The telehealth format is an ideal match for busy adults. Most commercial health insurance plans now provide coverage for telehealth therapy sessions.
