About My Clients
My ideal clients would be an individual or couple/people in a romantic relationship struggling with any type of relationship issues including both emotional and physical presentations. Examples of clients I see are couples that argue or feel distant from each other, infidelity, erectile dysfunction, rapid ejaculation, sex/porn addiction, and issues that you view as a problem. I am LGBTQIA+ and kink/alternative lifestyle friendly. I would love to speak about how I can help you!
My Background and Approach
I balance being directive and empathetic so that you feel understood while still reaching your goals. I understand what it is like to be desperate for changes and do my best to include you in treatment planning so you know what to expect. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#113965). I have training and experience in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Couples and Sex Therapy through American Association of Couples and Sex Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I am knowledgeable on many Asian and Latino cultures.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I noticed that I can have empathy for most people and don't like to judge others. This has greatly influences my approach with clients. I believe in love for everyone no matter their age, physical abilities, race, size, gender identity/presentation, and sexual preferences among others. I also believe that every person is capable of creating their own happiness but most people need help to achieve it because we never learned how. I am an animal lover, always continue learning, and believe in trying everything once.
