My Background and Approach
I am not the kind of therapist who just nods and listens. I'm active and engaged, asking questions and helping you understand what's really going on beneath the surface. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring our work to what fits best for you. Together, we'll explore patterns, uncover insight, and use strategies that help you move forward in meaningful ways.
