My Background and Approach
I have a masters in Marriage and Family therapy so look at the whole system a person is from and how that has shaped them. I'm also a certified addictions counselor and see addiction as an imbalance in one's life that is negatively affecting them. I look to explore the root cause of problems rather than just trying to change the behaviors.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each of us has the ability to change but it is hard work and counseling can be a tool to help guide the process.
