My Background and Approach
Since my time in practice I have collected an arsenal of different coping skills and strategies that can be tailored to each individual person, none of life’s issues are exactly the same so the way is coping for each individual is also unique. I take a collaborative approach and am solution focused, I strive to make my clients feel as comfortable as possible so they feel free to open up about their past and together we can look for the sources of whatever challenge you are facing and how it can be overcome.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am extremely humanistic and find extreme value in our diversity as a community. I welcome all types of people because personally I’ve never met someone I couldn’t learn from. Everyone’s unique experiences can be used as a gift for this world. Everyone is capable of change no matter their circumstances, there is always a way out. I myself have been through a number of challenges in this life and like to believe I did and currently am making it through. I am married with 3 kids who are the light of my life and I’m dedicated to helping create a better world for them and all.
