My clients come in all ages and genders yet they have one thing in common - they are ready to make a change. My clients are often undergoing a life transition and/or confronting patterns in their lives they'd like to move away from. My clients are open to new ways of thinking and ready to experience themselves in a new way.

I think it's important for humans to stay in touch with the natural world. Get outside and move. Or pet a cat. Or something that connects you with your living essence. It's all connected.
