I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to openly explore the stressors in their lives. Using evidence-based therapies such as Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I equip my clients with effective tools to manage and challenge anxious thoughts and behaviors. I also support clients in exploring the core beliefs and origins of their anxious thoughts, which promotes self-discovery and the development of self-compassion.

Through our work together, clients learn to reframe negative thoughts and improve self-image using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness practices and value-based work in my sessions to help individuals reclaim their worth beyond their bodies. I take an anti-diet and HAES perspective.

I've had the privilege of assisting individuals in navigating family, intimate partner, and friendship-related stress. Through the journey of self-discovery, enhanced communication, and effective conflict management, my clients emerge from their challenges with deeper connections, both with themselves and those around them. My professional training extends to specialized interventions that emphasize interpersonal relationships, including the Gottman Method and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
