Are you struggling with anxiety, depressive symptoms, grief, irritability or undergoing different challenges in your life? I have years of experience helping individuals process their emotions, learn effective ways to cope and gain insight and support towards their symptoms.
My Background and Approach
I have over 10 years of experience helping many children, adults and families learn effective coping skills to manage their emotions. I use DBT, Trauma Informed Care and am certified in grief and bereavement counseling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an ally for the LGBTQ community and BLM movement. As a first-generation Latina, I am passionate about helping the BIPOC community and have you receive treatment from someone with lived experience on social injustices.
