Many people live with the constant fear that an anxiety attack is just around the corner. The sudden rush of panic—the racing heartbeat, shortness of breath, and overwhelming sense of needing to escape—can feel both frightening and exhausting. Through evidence-based practices, clients are guided in learning tools to manage anxiety, lessen the intensity of panic, and regain a sense of control.
My Background and Approach
I offer tools to manage stress and anxiety, helping clients cope more effectively with life's pressures, while building self-compassion and mindfulness. Sometimes, what you need most is simply someone who listens and understands. I offer consistent emotional support as you navigate life’s challenges as we work through difficult situations. I wanted to share my gratitude for continuing to read my profile. This life that we live is not easy so let’s work together to manage through them, I am happy to listen.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the ability to change and grow at any point in their lives. Many of the challenges we face with mental health often come from unhealthy patterns and learned behaviors but the good news is that what’s learned can also be unlearned. With the right tools and support, those patterns can be replaced with healthier ones. I value inclusivity and make it a priority to support and stand alongside the LGBTQ+ community, participating in marches and community actions whenever I can.
