My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy begins with this understanding - we all do what we do for a reason. Many of us only have our survival skills to rely on because we were taught to keep our painful past a secret. I use EMDR therapy to help clients heal racial, generational, relationship and attachment wounds that could take years of talk therapy to process and heal.
