Change is painful. Growth is painful. Nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere (i.e. depression, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, etc. ) you don't belong and desire to break free to break those chains. You are welcome to start your journey toward wholeness within yourself, and among family and friends. My Background and Approach
Therapy is person-centered; therefore, treatment is determined by the needs of the clients. My preferred modes of treatment are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Attachment.
