About My Clients
My clients range from mid 20's to 60s - I work with individual adults, couples, and families. I help clients who are facing various challenges in life - anxiety, relationship issues, work challenges, or other issues that are causing upset in life. I am currently licensed in NY and CA.
My Background and Approach
I have a warm and empathic style, working from a humanistic and relational perspective – which means I have genuine concern for your situation and work with you to understand your role in relationships and life scenarios. I am very engaged with clients as a therapist - I leave room for your thinking process and also interact with you with questions and comments to deepen the conversation and exploration process.
