About My Clients
We all go through period of time in our lives when we could use a helping hand. Counseling can be a great place to find support and get help with figuring out what changes you want to make and how to go about them. I have worked with individuals and families on issues including stress, parenting challenges, depression/anxiety, trauma, family issues, motivation, low self-esteem, life transitions, communication issues, relationship challenges, and life balance.
My Background and Approach
I utilize an integrative, strength-based approach pulling from a variety of techniques and interventions to help empower my clients in working through life’s transitions and challenges. In my work with clients, I establish a safe, non-judgmental space to reflect on and process challenges in order to achieve the treatment goals we set collaboratively. I enjoy helping support clients in achieving their personal version of wellness and stability in their lives. I look forward to working with you!
