About My Clients
I primarily work with adult individuals who experience co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to heal from PTSD, anxiety, social anxiety, depression and who are ready to make a change in their lives.
My Background and Approach
My approach is very person-centered. I hope to create a comfortable online atmosphere where you can feel free to share your story, your thoughts and your feelings. Once we have established your goals for treatment, we will utilize evidence-based treatment methods using mindfulness, CBT and motivational interviewing to find out what promotes your healing within.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal belief is that everyone can change, everyone has the ability to heal themselves, sometimes we need guidance or simply to be allowed to live in our truth without judgement. Just as our love can impact our relationships, so can our suffering. I believe that people can heal within themselves, but also within their relationships.
