About My Clients

Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet feel stuck despite understanding their challenges. Some of my clients are high functioning executives looking for guidance and coaching. They may be navigating trauma, identity exploration, addiction, sexuality, relationship concerns, or life transitions. Together, we move beyond insight alone to foster deeper healing, self-understanding, and lasting change in a warm, collaborative, and affirming space. I am incredibly sex positive.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in wellness, yoga, and meditation, and I bring a holistic, mind-body perspective to therapy. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade helping others through wellness practices, an experience that continues to shape my work today. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we’ll work to understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, process difficult experiences, and build practical tools for lasting change. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, sexuality, identity, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I provide sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming care and welcome clients in ethical non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, and sex workers. As well as high-functioning professionals seeking greater authenticity and fulfillment.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing begins when people feel safe enough to be fully seen, without shame, judgment, or the need to hide parts of themselves. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am committed to providing affirming, sex-positive care and proudly support LGBTQ+ individuals, sex workers, and people in diverse relationship structures. I deeply respect Indigenous wisdom and traditions and recognize that healing can take many forms across cultures and communities. I also believe many of the struggles clients bring into therapy cannot be understood apart from the larger systems that shape their lives. I strive to acknowledge the impact of oppression, discrimination, and systemic barriers while helping clients reconnect with their own resilience, values, and capacity for healing. My hope is that every person who enters my office feels respected, empowered, and welcomed exactly as they are.
