About My Clients

Many of my clients come to therapy because they are feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, or having difficulty managing the many demands of their personal/professional lives. I specialize in working with young adults, early career professionals, and individuals with intersectional minority identities. If you are looking for a therapist who can help you to gain insight into your emotional/relational patterns and empower you to pursue meaningful, values-aligned action, we may be a good fit!

My Background and Approach

I see therapy as a valuable and sacred space that allows us to to connect with the most authentic version of ourselves and better understand our areas of pain, growth, and resilience. I strive to help my clients apply what they learn in therapy to their everyday lives and relationships. My style is warm, genuine, and collaborative, emphasizing a safe and trusting therapeutic environment from which my clients can achieve meaningful change and get the most out of therapy. In practice, I work from a trauma-informed perspective and integrate a number of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I also utilize a multicultural framework to take into account unique aspects of individual diversity and the sociocultural factors that can impact one’s sense of self and well-being. I have experience working at Kaiser Permanente, the VA, and university counseling centers.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
