About My Clients

You’ve learned to push through, stay composed, and carry more than you should. On the outside, you’re capable and reliable; inside, you may feel burned out, anxious, or longing for space to breathe and be yourself. I work with adults navigating burnout, boundaries, and identity, with particular attunement to BIPOC adults and adult children of immigrants. I welcome anyone who resonates with this work.

My Background and Approach

My style is collaborative, warm, and culturally responsive. I earned my BA in Psychology and Spanish from Wellesley College and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. My clinical background includes bilingual counseling in domestic violence services and college mental health. I specialize in working with high-caring, high-achieving adults navigating burnout, anxiety, trauma, identity stress, and life transitions. I’m present and engaged in the room, and I help you reconnect with your voice, needs, and inner sense of self. My work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and trauma-informed, relational care. I honor your pace, your identities, and your story. You don’t have to translate or minimize parts of yourself to be understood. My goal is to help you feel grounded, connected, and more at home in who you are, inside and out.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is an act of reclamation and liberation. You deserve space to feel, rest, and choose yourself without guilt. I’m especially passionate about supporting BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and first-generation adults and adult children of immigrants who have spent years meeting expectations, over-functioning, or carrying unspoken stories. I care deeply about racial justice, immigrant communities, queer and trans liberation, and collective healing. In therapy, I hold space for the intersection of culture, identity, trauma, resilience, and hope. I offer a free 30-minute video consultation if you’d like to explore working together. I currently have daytime telehealth availability on Mondays and Tuesdays, and I typically respond within 1–2 business days.
