My Background and Approach
My clinical practice incorporates equines (i.e., horses and donkeys), the equine environment, nature, and biofeedback to enhance the psychotherapy experience with you toward meeting your therapy goals The therapeutic experiences at this non traditional healthcare setting simply cannot be provided or replicated in a traditional office setting and does not replace evidenced based care which is at the core of our practice. As a retired Army Veteran and prior experience in the VA healthcare system, I have lived experience that enables me to understand the unique experiences across the military/veteran culture and how to access varied services. I very much welcome military Veterans and their caregivers seeking therapy and support services. You deserve a safe place to heal and grow. Whether you are a Veteran or not and are challenged with anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, ADHD or other life issues that are impairing your happiness.
