My Background and Approach
I have over a decade of experience with clients that struggle with ADHD, trauma and self confidence. More often than not, all 3 are connected. Throughout my career, I’ve completed extensive training in trauma and EMDR, ADHD, and self-confidence, deepening my ability to help clients reconnect with themselves and build a life that feels more aligned. Whether we’re exploring the roots of past experiences, learning how to work with (not against) your brain, or developing practical skills for daily life, our work together is designed to foster both insight and action. Clients who work with me often describe therapy as a space where they can be their true, unfiltered selves. Sessions might look like diving into deep emotional work, laughing about a relatable ADHD moment, gaining insight into how trauma impacts the brain and body, or practicing coping skills that create lasting change.
