Finding a therapist to trust someone to trust with your thoughts can feel daunting and scary. It is my goal to provide you with a soft place to land where the focus is you. My Background and Approach
You are at the core of our therapeutic relationship. I consider as you the expert of your own life, acknowledging your unique needs and worldviews while encouraging you to view yourself from a position of growth and strength. I also enjoy reconnecting you with buried emotions within yourself. I work with adults of all ages offering individual and relationship counseling. I support various presenting concerns including anxiety, grief, depression, life transitions, burnout, relationship concerns, and racial-cultural trauma. I am also passionate about serving BIPOC communities and minorities.

I believe that you have all of the tools necessary to be the best version of yourself hidden within. I am here to collaborate with you to unearth what is already there. Life can be hardening and the stories we are told and tell ourselves often mask what greatness lies beneath. Your story deserves to be heard.
