My name is Jo Ann Simmons, a caring and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Coach with over 25 years of counseling experience. For many years I have enjoyed working with clients addressing a wide range of concerns that affect different ages of women and men.
My Background and Approach
My approach is Holistic/Integrative and I give you tools and suggestions aimed at living a well-rounded satisfying life. My advanced training includes Gestalt Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Military Family Life Consulting, Life Coaching, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have worked in private practice and in residential treatment programs for many years helping clients lead a better life.
