About My Clients
I work with individuals with a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, and procrastination.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and have had clinical experience in multiple settings, including private practice, community mental health, integrated care, emergency room, and hospital inpatient. I tailor my treatments to fit each patient’s unique characteristics and needs and incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work goes beyond managing symptoms and instead helps my patients cultivate self-compassion and openness to vulnerability so that they feel more connected to themselves and others. I believe exploring one’s true values and taking committed actions in line with their values are essential to experience a sustainable sense of fulfillment.
