About My Clients
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals, adolescents, and families navigating a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family conflict , and life transitions. I’ve worked closely with adolescents and parents to support communication, emotional regulation, and healing within the family system, and I welcome clients from all walks of life into my practice.
My Background and Approach
My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I draw from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed, and person-centered therapy. Sounds like a lot of therapy terms, right? What it really means is we’ll make sense of what’s going on, break unhelpful patterns, and build practical tools in a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered. The time is now. You deserve space to heal, to grow, and to be supported with compassion. Whatever you’ve been carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. When you’re ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, strength, and peace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Mental wellness, trauma healing, cognitive behavioral therapy, spiritual growth, fitness, travel, fantasy and sci-fi books, and meaningful conversations that challenge and inspire growth. I believe healing is possible for everyone. I believe awareness creates change. I believe trauma does not define you, but it does deserve to be processed. I believe growth requires courage, accountability, and compassion. And I believe that when we heal ourselves, we naturally become safer, stronger spaces for others.
