About My Clients
My typical client is someone who functions well in most areas of life but tends to stumble in one or two: relationships, the workplace, addictions, self-esteem are common examples. Mood disorders like anxiety & depression often make finding solutions difficult. Everyone's problems are unique and important to them. I work hard to understand my client’s individual circumstances and background. If I don't feel I can help you I will work with you to find someone who can.
My Background and Approach
I spent the early years of my career in the business world. My role was to collaborate with teams or other individuals to define problems and work toward a solution. I bring the same approach to therapy. My clients and I form a collaborative therapeutic relationship that works to define what the real issues are and then construct a solution.
