Life is hard! Coping with unexpected challenges, parenting, dealing with memories we wish we didn’t have, learning about a new diagnosis or condition, starting a new career or job, all of these things push us out of our comfort zones and we struggle to deal with them. People like you reach out to me because they’re tired of their current state of mind, tired of feeling trapped in negative thought loops, and they’ve decided that now is the time for help.
My Background and Approach
I have over 10 years of experience in providing therapy to clients who are at this turning point. I am a very non-judgmental and mindful therapist, and I’ve worked with a broad range of people, so I’m able to take an individualized approach that addresses your unique needs. In session we’ll take time to build trust and create an environment where you feel safe to explore whatever you’re struggling with. Your therapy is yours, and I’ll make sure we’re working toward what you need and want, not I may want or what others may want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our lives change in significant ways when we start understanding what our needs are and what we can do to meet them more effectively. I’ve spent thousands of hours helping people to move forward from the most difficult parts of their lives, and I would love to help you to make those same changes for yourself. I look forward to meeting with you. I believe we are all amazing people, and that sometimes our struggles lead us to feeling like we're less in touch with our "amazing-ness." There is something beautiful, powerful, and valuable in all of us, and we thrive when we are really living with this driving us.
