About My Clients
Life is full of transitions, and sometimes the path becomes overwhelming. I partner with adults overcoming depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction to move from surviving to thriving. From managing relationship challenges and insomnia to navigating complex diagnoses like ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, BPD, and Schizophrenia, my goal is to help you master emotional regulation and reclaim your narrative. No matter where you are starting from, we can find a way forward together.
My Background and Approach
I'm a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in North Carolina, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon. I received my Masters from the University of North Carolina. I utilize several modalities in my counseling approach including Person-Centered Therapy, Dilaectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Illness Maintenance and Recovery (IMR.)
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
elieve resilience is more than enduring pain; it is the capacity to transform through it. We are not static beings but adaptable individuals capable of rewriting our stories, even in the darkest circumstances. True strength involves acknowledging vulnerability while choosing to bend rather than break under pressure. I believe people possess an innate capacity for growth and reinvention. Challenges and setbacks can become opportunities to learn, adjust, and develop new skills. Our past may shape us, but it does not determine our future. Through counseling, I support clients in recognizing their strengths, embracing change, and building the confidence to rise, adapt, and grow through adversity. Resilience serves as a bridge between hardship and meaningful personal growth.
