My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Equity & Accessibility – Healing should be available to all, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, ability, socioeconomic status, or background. I strive to make my practice inclusive, trauma-informed, and affirming for all identities. Cultural Humility & Ongoing Learning – I am committed to continuous self-reflection and education, ensuring that I am always deepening my awareness of privilege, oppression, and systemic inequities. Anti-Oppression & Social Responsibility – I acknowledge the harm caused by colonialism, racism, sexism, ableism, and other forms of oppression. In my practice, I actively work to dismantle these harms and create a therapeutic space that is validating, empowering, and affirming. Lived Experience & Intersectionality – Healing is not one-size-fits-all. I honor the complexity of each person’s lived experience and the ways intersecting identities shape mental health and well-being.
