About My Clients

I work with people who feel pulled in different directions inside or shaped by experiences that taught them to survive rather than feel safe. My approach is compassionate, person-centered, and grounded in parts work. I offer a warm, steady space to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself.

My Background and Approach

My role is not to tell you what to do, but to create a space that feels safe, accepting, and free of judgment so you can explore what is really going on for you. I focus on being real with you, listening closely, and meeting you with care and respect. My hope is that through this process, you feel more connected to yourself, more at ease in your body, and more confident trusting your own inner wisdom as you move through life. If any of this feels familiar, you are not alone and you do not have to carry it by yourself. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to handling things on your own. If you are ready for a space that feels supportive, respectful, and human, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is a place where all parts of you are welcome. The anxious part, the guarded part, the part that feels too much, and the part that feels nothing at all. None of them are problems to get rid of. They are parts of you that have been trying to help in the best ways they know how, especially in a world that has not always felt safe or fair. I care deeply about working with queer, trans, and marginalized folks, and I hold an awareness of how systems of oppression can shape your inner world. Experiences of exclusion, invisibility, or harm do not just stay in the past. They can live on in the body and in the ways we relate to ourselves and others. It makes sense if parts of you learned to hide, stay small, or stay on guard. In this space, you do not have to explain or defend who you are. I believe healing starts with slowing down and listening with curiosity instead of judgment. My role is to sit with you in that process and be alongside you in the journey.
